Businiess name:  Culligan Water Conditioning Of Minneapolis

Review content:
Ordered a unit for install May 11'. Culligans basic model The first installer showed up, and upon removing the old softner got water everywhere, on the drywall, inside the furnace and on the water heater. A second installer showed up and I got to hear references and jokes about sexual acts. After they left I called and spoke with a manager that immediately came to my home. He surveyed the fresh damage and offered a apology he asked what he could do. I asked for no money off, only a apology and a service checkup on the furnace. He said he would be in contact. I had back surgery and heard nothing for 2 weeks. After calling back while on hold I heard about the 30 day money back refund. I did some searching and found a local company that offered a better softer, 25% more capacity, Smart system that regenerates on demand, and is much more quiet for $500 less than Culligans basic model! A fater and his son showed up and were great. Since they disconnected the culligan unit i noticed on the back it was made in Taiwan! so support your local companys.. In this case they offered a superior product made in the USA at a better price
