I recently purchased a pre-owned Altima. John Choi of Premier Nissan of San Jose contacted me based on the internet pre-approval application I submitted. He was very pleasant and kept me in the loop trough various emails and phone calls. He didn’t have much to work with since my trade in wasn’t worth much and I had very little cash to add to deposit I told upfront what I could do cash wise and monthly payment I would be comfortable with. John’s professionalism and patience were outstanding. He explained everything very well and walked me through every step. Explained to me the way my trade in value was considered. I understood from John exactly what was going to happens once I the Finance person.
I already knew the exact car I wanted as long as it was still on their lot and emailed John the number one pick from their website. Lucky for me it was there and the he walked me immediately over and I was sold.
Once all the finale financial paper work had been completed John demonstrated all the loaded features in the car such as Navigation system and the keyless start.
John as well as the few others staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, understanding patient and excellent customer service.
The entire experience was one of the best car purchases I have had in a long time. Although I’m sure there were other capable employees, I know you’ll have the best experience with your next car purchase if you simply ask for John Choi.
