Really horrible service!!!!!!!!!! I was so surprised when they made a mistake on my order then bad mouth their own employee. They did say they would credit my card but I had to follow up and ask again to please credit my card. When you call they say owner is not available then they apologize for not getting back to you I had to call 3 times before I could get her on the phone. When I ordered they said they were busy, when I called they said they were busy they had weddings and did not have time to deal with issue....maybe that was why my order was made wrong. Their lost... I no longer will patronize this business and have shared my story with many of my friends in Fullerton. There are too many amazing florist in Fullerton who will go above and beyond and treat customers good in this economy. It really a shame that they don't value their customers or get customers orders correct. My order was small and simple and they still got it wrong.
