My trip to IKEA in College Park was not a good experience. First, when we ordered our shelves to go in the wardrobe we just bought, they gave us the wrong thing. The drawers they gave us were in a box so we had not clue they had given us the wrong thing. When we got home and started to put together the wardrobe, I realized they had made a mistake and called to see how to correct it. The person on the phone wasn't very helpful, plus he lied to me and said I would get a discount for the inconvience (which I didn't get). So I drove back to IKEA in rush hour to get the correct product. I talked to the manager and she was very rude. I called my husband and he said that while putting together the wardrobe, it completely fell apart! What a mess. Bad service, rude managers, and poor quality products. If it weren't for their prices and the fact that it's all I can afford, I would never go back.
