Good: Mr. Littlepage came in professionally; made the plumbing assessments for my gas hot water tank and bathroom commode; ensured that I understood what needed to be done; presented options and pros/cons for my decision; and made appropriate repairs. He ensured the items worked properly and said if there were any problems, don't hesitate to call back.. Bad: I can't identify anything I did not like.. Improvements: I can't think of any improvements.. Other: Mr. Littlepage even took additional steps to ensure I understood the valves on the gas hot water tank - he tagged the valves to ensure that we knew which ones to shut off, if there was an emergency. He had excellent rapport and made me feel comfortable with his work. I could tell he is very knowledgeable of plumbing work..
