Don't go to this "spa" place!! $40.00 was taken from my wallet and I believe it was an inside job. It was my first time there and I came on a Sunday to get a massage. No other patrons were there. I was seen by a "masseuse" by the name of "Ana" or at least that's how she introduced herself. The receptionist called her "Diana". So Ana was the only one that knew which locker I put my purse and belongings into, so I'm a bit suspicious of her. She also gave a rather painful massage and only 40 minutes (I paid for 60 minutes). So not only did I get robbed of 40 dollars, I also got screwed on time. During the 40 minute massage, Ana/Diana disappeared for at least 5 minutes and came back with a warm towel. When the terrible massage was over, she suggested that I should go sit in the steam room which a did for a few minutes. When I returned to the locker room, Ana/Diana was opening other lockers then she quickly disappeared. I changed into my clothes and when I went to get some cash in my wallet to get some tip money, that is when I discovered the missing $40. I am absolutely sure that it had been taken because the day before I went to the ATM to withdraw money and did not use any of it to buy anything. So I went home, called the Zena Spa and reported the incident. The receptionist said that the owner was going to call me the next day, but I did not hear from them again! So if you are still not convinced that this place is SHADY with its lack of good service and customer service, just please DO NOT put any valuables in the locker and take it with you in your room.
