We called Monday morning and had a temporary water heater by mid-afternoon. Ryan (the tech) called from the road to confirm arrival, arrived when expected--a nice 2-hr window, not 4 like other services we've used. He was fast, knowledgeable, answered my questions, got along with the cat, and cleaned up the area nicely afterwards. He told me how to file for the federal and state tax credits for the new energy-efficient, no-maintenance tankless
water heater and explained how it would cut my annual bill, and during installation both offered options and accepted input cheerfully. Even with my changes (ie, condenser relocated, some piping) the estimate and final bill were within $250 of each other! We're very happy with the service and recommend Fast Water Heaters without reservation. We'll talk to them about future plumbing work.
