I just wanted to write your company and express how much I appreciate the Pacific Fabrics store in Everett, Wa. The staff you have hired for this store are kind and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the place just draws me in. I am always greeted with a smile, a helpful hint and directions. Christine shows me the newest tool related to the project I am working on and always has a new fun project she is happy to show me. Toni, never ceases to amaze me with her enthusiasm of sewing, whether a new apron, quilting, or for the 10th time showing me the needle point appliqué, I so long to master. And I’m grateful for Sidney's beginning quilting class which gave me the confidence to actually quilt instead of just talking about it, someday... Ellen's block of the month last year was excellent, realizing the beginning level that I was in, she was always willing to stop in her tasks at the store and patiently explained the steps so the project was not as daunting. And she is the reason I decided to write this letter; A couple of weeks ago I had decided to take my needle turn appliqué project on a 10 day road trip so that I would have a pleasant time and practice what Toni had spent so much time teaching me. The first day I realized I had taken everything but the patterns for the different blocks! So I called the store and Ellen went home, found the patterns and faxed them over to me so that I was able to work on this planned project. That act of kindness turned what could been a grueling road trip to a pleasant experience and I think I am catching on? Looking forward to Loretta's next class experiencing her exquisite workmanship and also Traci's fun knitting classes~the only person who will ever be able to show me the cable stitch with 3 needles! Thanks again for this store; I call it my "Happy Place" Sincerely, Elly Smith
