It was my first time to do business with Joseph's Jewelry and it was a great experience.
I was buying my wedding ring (solitaire), and I have to admit I had very stringent requirements down to the dimensions/proportions of the stone.
Joseph helped me out patiently and picked a diamond that fits my profile. He had it shipped to the store; when it got in (within 2 days) I prefered to order another one. I have to say that wasnt super nice of me, but Joseph more than happily did that. It was a gorgous diamond at a great price (comparable to internet sites). He also took the time to create the mount on the CAD software they used and I had the oppurtunity to see it in 3D and give feedback on some changes I wanted.
I would advice you to shop there even if you are an internet shopper.
I personally had a great price; but regardless if the internet "might" beat them by a small margin, stick to them, you will be more convinced/satisfied by what you got.
Bottom line, I was a happy customer getting all the quality, beauty and great pricing. Totally satisfied.
Pros: Quick/great Service. High quality and great prices
Cons: working hours are between 10:10am to 6:00pm; I usually run my personal errands after 6:00pm which made it harder
