I don't recommend going to Ferra, she cut off 8 inches off of my length and didn't seem to be paying attention. When I said I wanted a trim, 1 inch cut from the bottom and a half an inch from my layers, which I think I said I wanted that about 5 times she gave me a total different hair cut, all I wanted was a trim, now I have a bob with these wierd layers, it's like she only thought of me as some test dummy that she could just add in things where ever she wanted. I coudn't see what she was doing because she cut the back first, and didn't cut up so that I could see. I was really disappointed with what I got, seeing I had already spent 45 dollars, and refuse to be seen with that short of hair I got 100 dollar extensions which I see doesn't cut it at all. I still recommend going to Escape Saloneven though, just not to Ferra, because my friend got the best haircut done by Elsie.
