Review content:
I got a spa finder gift certificate for my bridal shower. I was so excited to get a facial that I searched for hours online to find the perfect place. After much research I decided on escape salon. I called and made an appointment. I went there four days before my wedding and got a crappy facial, overpriced waxed job, and some wierd peel that didn't even do anything. While on my honeymoon, I received many phone calls from the salon, saying I only gave them part of a ceritficate from the spa finder. They left me message after message saying I owed them $75 for the certificate. I gave them whatever I had. It is not my fault that I didn't get the full certificate. Then now a few weeks later, I find they charged my credit card $75!!!!!! That was completely unprofessional and I do not recommend ever going back there again!!!!!! I will take my business elsewhere and report them to whom it is necessary to.
Pros: it was bad-worst experience ever
Cons: Worst experience ever!!!!!!
