Ok... I'm a little disappointed in the reviews I've read about this place. I moved to the area a little over a year ago and finding a new person to perform a brazillian wax is more than a challenge and not something you want to chance. I tried a few spas in the area and never felt comfortable or satisfied for the price I paid. A co-worker recommended Spa on the Plaza to me so I decided to try it out. Not only did I get the best brazillian of my life but it was also about $20 cheaper than other local places I had tried. If anyone is looking for a recommendation Liz at Spa on the Plaza holds the title for best waxing services, by far!! And in response to those complaining about the remodel, I actually enjoyed having my own private bathroom and I was thrilled they did not close the spa during the remodel because I would have been left searching for ANOTHER new esthetician. Speaking of other esthetician's, I had a facial at Quail Lodge, the esthetician and the price cannot beat what I have experienced at Spa on the Plaza. I wish that those who have had not so pleasant experiences there will rethink visiting them.
I left one part out, my first visit to Spa on the Plaza was to an Esthetician named Lauren. She left me bruised below!!! I gave the Spa another chance and found Liz. To the spas benefit, Lauren doesn't work there any longer.
Pros: Liz, location, price, remodeled and gorgeous
