I originally visited them because of a hair emergency that happened to me on a Saturday, 2 1/2 years ago. Although they were fully booked, they mercifully understood my panic and sqeezed me in. I, a busy professional, colored my own hair and thought I did not have time for salon appointments (UNTIL THEN!) On my first visit, Saverio and Nathan put a rejuvination plan in place and I left the salon that day looking 150% better than when I entered. I was able to go to work on Monday feeling good about myself and not hiding my hair under a hat. I really appreciated that they were so kind and never made me feel like the poster child for boxed hair color abuse that I was. I have since moved to San Diego but still come here every six weeks - they are really that good! My long hair truely looks like something out of a fashion magazine because of them. I thoroughly enjoy the lavish pampering and the friendly and caring atmosphere with each appointment. Nathan is my hero and Rosemary and the rest of the staff is awesome too!
