In reading the nasty reviews I thought I had to write something about my visit. I had a great experience at the spa. Ali was my massage therapist and she did an awesome job!!! She was very attentive and thoughtful of my needs. I also did the whirlpool bath, and found that very pleasant. I encountered the owners and found them to be kind, and helpful. I did see that a lot of the complaints came from the salon side, and maybe that’s another story. But... I was over the moon with the services I received. I actually called back 2 days later to schedule myself and my husband for the following month.
Pros: Everything besides the wait
Cons: Waited about 20 minutes and had an appt.
