Went here for a bikini wax, hair cut and highlights....left with zebra stripes in my hair and my skin almost ripped off and skin rash...Caroline, who does the waxes does not know how to wax...I had to tell her to stop after my skin was almost ripped off. I didnt even have her finish. As for the highlights and hair cut, I came in with dark roots that I asked Dara what I can do to not have them show so much and left with almost white hair. She put high lights and low lights in my hair, I had to have her retouch the sides again, because it looked so awful. I have already booked an appointment to have my hair fixed somewhere else. I cannot even put my hair back because I have spots of brown and blonde that look like poka dots. Awful. As for the owner after I voiced to Caroline how upset and dissatisfied I was, she went to talk to the owner and said I didnt have to pay for the service.....how nice...I didnt have to pay for a half of a wax, my skin ripped off and a rash....lol .. the owner Angie sat up at the front and did not even come to me to give an appology. Did not say one word to me!! Real nice... this salon will not last...you cannot run a business with people that do not know what they are doing, and an owner who could care less about the clients. DO NOT GO HERE!!
