Review content:
have been to this Dave and Busters on numerous occasions and never received service so sub-par. We went to this location to celebrate my sisters sixteenth birthday. It was night time and on the weekend so of course we expected long waits. We waited over an hour for a table, which would be fine had we received good service. While we were waiting we played some of the mid-way games. By some, I mean the few that actually would work after we swiped out cards in them. When we were finally seated there were no napkins or silverware to be seen. Even after the drinks were delivered our server still did not seem to notice (or care) that there was no silverware. We waited just under an hour for our food, which consisted only of burgers, chicken fingers and a fish dish. All of the food was dried out, obviously from sitting under the heat lamps. With all of those servers just standing around you would think that one would help run food out to tables. My sisters milkshake, that she ordered with our drinks, came out right after our food hit the table. When our server came to check on our table my mother said that the service was lousy and food disgusting a manager was never called to our table. In fact the manager seemed to be too busy watching the sports scores to care about a single one of the restaurants patrons. When the check came an automatic 18% gratuity was added. I went to the host to speak to the manager because I did not believe that our server deserved that much. The manager did not want to give me the time of day. He listened to what I had to say and then removed the gratuity from our bill. Not even a simple "sorry". When I returned to my table the gather my belongings and wait for the new check our server returned to our table to ask what was wrong. I guess he just ignored my mothers direct comments about the lack of service and poor quality of food. My mother even said that she would never come back, I dont know how the server didnt hear that, because the surrounding tables sure did. It was very, very unproffesional for the server to come to our table and ask what was wrong after I had already spoken to his manager. On the way our I mentioned this to the manager who then rolled his eyes. While we were near the exit waiting for our party to rejoin, security had called the same manager to the exit for a disturbance with a guest. After the guest was admitted entrance the security/door gaurds talked about the guest calling her names for a few minutes until my mother said something. When we exited (right outside the mall) another security gaurd was speaking to what looked like an off the clock employee about the same guest. I was embarassed to have suggested this establishment as a place to go for my sisters birthday and will NOT be going back.
Pros: Fun Games
Cons: Poor service
