I've been to both Nantucket Grill locations (Farrington Road and Fordham Blvd.) and was impressed with both of them. The chicken salad is fantastic, as was a turkey sandwich with cranberry relish and stuffing on it. YUM!
You order at the counter and seat yourself at both locations, so there's no waitstaff to comment on, but counter service was quick and the people were friendly. Both locations seem to get very busy at lunchtime, but I still got in and out in an hour (and this was with socializing with friends, not just a hurried bite to eat).
Highly recommended, and I believe they do catering as well.
