My husband and I got my car wash on a Sunday. On Monday, we notcied our bank account was charged twice. I called the manager, Mark, and he said he would credit my account. By Tuesday, no credit. On Tuesday, I called and spoke with the owner, Jimmy, he said he would credit the account. On Wednesday, they charged my account yet again. I called back and told both Mark and Jimmy that I wanted a refund for the full amount. By Thursday, again, no credit. My husband drove back to the car wash and again Mark said he would charge the account and to give it 3-5 days. This is the 5th day and again no credit. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MAMMOTH AND WILL TELL EVERYONE OF MY EXPERIENCE.
