I have been going to Dr. Rivkin since Westside Aesthetics opened and have always been happy. I have had Botox, Juvederm, Radiesse, and Cosmelan. He doesn't push products and there have been a few times when he has said "no" to me on ideas I've had. He is not afraid to say, "You are too young for that" or "You don't need that." That's pretty rare for med spas. I feel like he has very good taste; when I say subtle, he does subtle. He understands that when I get my lips enhanced, I don't want to look like an adult film star. It's strange to me that there are mixed comments here on the office staff (particularly Karen) because I really like them. That said, maybe because I have been going for awhile and am generally pretty polite, they are nice to me. I really do feel, though, like the office staff is exceptionally nice. On a side note, however, I would not advise Cosmelan. The formulation has changed and doesn't work anymore. Overall, I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Rivkin. Feel free to contact me with any questions - I have no vested interest in the practice.
