Bob Trout started this service back in 1986, and they have a lot of loyal customers. Customer service is what makes sets this place apart -- they do it right. The focus on preventative maintenance is great, and the price for our auto servicing has always been reasonable. As I am an auto repair no-nothing, I appreciate the respectful way they will take time to describe my service needs, and offer recommendations.
The location at 3475 East Amazon Drive could be a little tricky if you don't know that area. Drive south along Hilyard Street, just past 30th Avenue the road will split off to the left along East Amazon.
Watch the local paper for seasonal service specials that they offer. Once you've had a service through East Amazon they will send you seasonal announcements by snail mail. And I always enjoy the lovely fresh rose that I find in the car after they've finished their work. They offer door-to-door shuttle service when you have to leave your car behind for work to be done.
