This is the only car care place I would recommend to my grandmother because they won’t take advantage of you; they genuinely try to solve your problem at the least cost to you. From the first call to get an estimate to the day I picked my car up these guys and gal were top notch! I am new to the Carrollton, TX area and didn't have a mechanic to call so after checking out a few other places I finally decided on these guys. Another place quoted me a price almost 4 times what Carrollton Complete Automotive quoted me and for half the job AND they weren't even close to being as nice or courteous as CCA. Also, in the same time frame one of my tires was really bad and it needed to be switched before I had to go to work and what would have taken me an hour to do alone, CCA told me they would help me do it and they did it at no cost. It was a minor job but that showed me they care. Tiffany in the office was also too sweet for words. She gave me some life advice and car advice and as weird as it sounds, I can't wait until I have more car problems so I can go see them again.
