Businiess name:  Yadokari
Review by:  Layla B.
Review content:
Yadokari is a mobile lunch truck located across the street from Trident Tech on Rivers Avenue offering authentic Japanese dishes and sushi (yes, with raw fish -- not like what you would normally see in 'fast food Japanese restaurants' like Kyoto Express that offers sushi using only cooked ingredients such as tempura shrimp and cooked crab). The menu is small, but the food is terrific! Sushi (roll and nigiri) is priced very reasonably with a good selection to choose from -- I personally recommend the Ahi Nigiri (tuna). For those who do not enjoy sushi, there are other offerings such as miso soup and yakitori to name a few. They also offer a catering service. Overall, if you want a quick lunch and authentic Japanese cuisine, make a stop at Yadokari. You won't be disappointed.
