Review content:
they only rent out to graduate students and faculty at the university of maryland. if you're not one, then you have to get someone to sponsor you. the prices are fair, but there is a lot of crime come night time. the place is crawling with muggers, but on the bright side, there are lots of immigrant families living here and it is very easy to make friends.
also, every week there is some sort of moving sale, so it's a good place to live if you like buying things and also having a quiet place to study.
