University of Wisconsin - Madison is definitely the best school among all the colleges in the wisconsin system. I personally went through undergraduate and graduate engineering school there and love the experience as well as the knowledge I got. Sufficient resources allocated for research and development with top quality professors create an excellent curriculum and opportunities to participate in different student chapters.
