One of their reps who came to my home and showed me some samples of the types of materials and window choices that were available to me. I live in an older home in Seattle and needed to get some double pane windows installed to help with keeping my home warm in the winter. The process was very straightforward and painless. I ordered some Marvin windows and was very satisfied with the results. I would work with them again.
