so after reading all the review in its entirety i wonder where some owners are coming from . i have never met the owner i deal specifically with the female groomer on thursday. there was hair on the ground but were else can it go ? come on people dog hair can't break the LAWS of gravity. it was a very busy day and pets continued to pour in non stop but they were welcomed and greeted with a smile, I appriciate the females soft demeanor and caring ways in fact when I was hesistant to leave due to reviews she told me i could stay and that she understands she brings her dogs to work everyday because she doesn't like being without them and im just gonna throw this out she is rather easy on the eyes and if she reads my post can i take u to dinner sometime, its me the guy with a schnauzer :) PLEASEEEEE
