My story - I had to leave dinner at 7pm to make it in time for the theater...being usually tardy, I arrived at Michael's at 6:15pm. Not being a stranger to 2-3 hour fine dining experiences, I was naturally a bit concerned. However, I informed the Michael's staff and they got us out of there in 45 minutes flat, still with the same wonderful service and food. I'm a little embarrassed to say I also asked if they would get gas for me as I was practically on fumes and in a TREMENDOUS rush. How horrible of me to ask, but I was desperate. I can't believe they actually considered it - but they only had one valet at the time, and it was Saturday night. Great food as usual...beautiful garden setting...but more deserved is praise for their dedication to providing great service to even their slightly crazed customers!
