CD Cellar has been around for some time now and has expanded into Arlington, VA (next to a great shoe store!). This retailer offers used music CDs ranging from jazz to punk and bluegrass to dance/electronic. They also have a used DVD collection, which they also buy from sellers. The store is two floors and connected to a cafe. So, it's extra convenient to grab some coffee and peruse the cds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always up to date with the latest local shows in the DC/VA/MD area. Local bands can ask to leave handbills at the desk downstairs. If you are a music lover, go to CD Cellar to find some CDs on the cheap!
