Review content:
This may be a one time occurrence, but I had a horrible experience at this Chili's in Goldsboro, NC. I ordered the chicken and shrimp combination plate that they had on special at that time. After an extremely long wait time, the waiter came out with our food. He had brought me salmon and shrimp. I wasn't aware of this as soon as he brought it out, but just as soon as I looked good I noticed that it was obviously not what I had ordered and had to wait (again an extremely long time) for the waiter to come back so I could tell him. When I told him, he INSISTED that I had ordered salmon and shrimp and practically refused to take it back to bring me what I had really ordered. After fussing with him for about 10 minutes, the manager came over and instructed the waiter to take it back and bring me the chicken and shrimp. After another EXTREMELY long wait time, the waiter brought out the chicken and shrimp, WITH A HAIR IN IT!!!!! We got up and left. Needless to say, I never intend on dining there again.
