I am injury prone. No matter the sport I'm always the guy limping off the field: hamstring pull, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, you name it I've had it. Thank God I discovered Ken at Therapy Central and deep fascia release massages. I have been treated by Ken for over ten years now. Before I found him I wasted money and time (1) learning how to correct my posture; (2) stretching rubber bands; and (3)applying ice while taking advils. Ken listens to your descriptions of how you hurt yourself, where it hurts, when it hurts, and then immediately targets the precise area where the problem lies, often distant from where you think the origin zone is. He digs in, you squirm, bite the bullet & bingo, you
are a pain free person. He is amazing and a true
miracle worker. I've even sent my 96 year old mother-in-law to him. He has helped every member of my family.
Trust me, there is no one better.
