Review content:
Scissors inc. is a good hair cutting place to go if you aren't trying to raise a family on a budget. their stylists are nice but really don't listen to what you want done with your hair. they try to talk you into all sorts of different things from perms, to coloring to shorter hair cuts then you originally wanted. no thanks i will stick with cost cutters.
