Extremely happy with the customer service. Very friendly person on the phone, she gave a 2 hour window for the plumber to come out and he was actually about 10 minutes early. Love it when the plumber is punctual and the guy even took a few minutes to show me how to shut off the water to my home - so I never have to make an emergency call for something little that isn't super urgent.
