You are completely ridiculous!
In what universe does the stylist have to hold your hand when you buy hair for a weave? Why don't you do your own research? Go on the internet. Grow up! According to you, YOU chose the color and the hair, and you have to live with that! Seems to me that Amber put in all the time and labor on that bad hair that YOU bought! I mean, whose fault was that? And then you want her to throw all of her other clients out , stop everything and take out the bad hair that YOU bought, right then and there?
And for free? Why? Just because you are getting married? You cannot be serious! And how completely selfish! What should the other scheduled clients do?
Just wait until you are happy with the bad hair that YOU purchased?
Maybe the other stylist laughed at your hair and made disparaging remarks because she wants to do your hair. DUH!
So let's review: Who chose the color of the wefts?
Who chose the hair? Would that be Amber? Or was that YOU? How can you possibly believe that
any of this was Amber's fault? It was not the installation of the weave that was the problem. It was the hair that YOU chose. Sorry. It is time you take responsibility
for your actions. BTW, couldn't you have figured out that you did not like the color of the hair BEFORE she sewed it all in?
Amber actually gave you half the money back!
Well, that is certainly a nod toward " customer
satisfaction"! I would not have given you one dime !

You mentioned that you had only gone to Amber twice.
Well, I have been going to her every week for over a year, and I have not had one problem!
She is a BRILLIANT STYLIST ! Always on time, great sense of humor, and extremely accommodating!
And such lovely ways!
Oh! And did I mention that she really rocks the hair? I see her smiling clients coming and going. So apparently she is making every one else happy. AMBER IS THE BOMB! FANTASTIC STYLIST !
