It's okay, nothing compared to the better L.A. spas however, not as bad as say a Calistoga spa. The reception area is small - so are the locker rooms & service rooms - especially the manicure/pedicure room. The quiet room is pleasant but this place really just needs more square footage over-all. If you like a "cozy" spa, then this is up your alley however if you like a Manhattan/Roman spa, you might consider going elsewhere.
Do not join their mailing list unless you need to be updated on every salon event.
