Hello this is Mike Gerstein I am the owner of Circle Collision Center and I am posting this review to explain the negative post made By Mads G aka Lai . First of all in the so rude post Mads G forgets to tell how she came in to our office and asked if we would give her a free estimate which we agree to do all the time as a courtesy to our customers and that during our fact finding Q&A she kept on insisting that we fix her vehicle cheap, with every question her answer was cheap it was very frustrating for me. So after a few minutes of this game she was playing with us I informed her that we were going to pass on her vehicle and I requested that she goes somewhere else to have her car repaired. I never treated her in any unbecoming way nor did I cross the line of conduct that Circle Collision Center has produced since 1971. We don’t call names and I am by no stretch or the imagination a Racist!!! I am defending myself for I am deeply offended by this post and would like anyone who reads it to know the true facts. We take great pride with our customer service and built our business around it. To me this post defies everything we are about and is flat out not the truth!!! This tool should be used for good and bad but the truth is always the most important issue and when it is made up of lies to me that is an injustice to me, my family, my staff and everyone else that Circle Collision Center services with nothing less than 100% from start to finish.
