I urge all of you to attend one of the monthly Jax Buying tours sponsored by Jacksonville Wealth Builders. It was an eye-opening event that shows you how easy it is to create passive income with a small investment. Although this wan an all day event, it was not boring and was well organized by Gregg Cohen and his "Red Team." And even though I am not quite ready to invest, Gregg's team showed me how easy it was to find ways to become an investor in the future. This is something that I am looking forward to as a way to build passive wealth for myself.
