I came across rolling gate storefront nyc . The rep was very helpful. I told her what was wrong and she said it could be one of 2 things and she scheduled me in for that same day! They sent Mike who told me I had a broken spring, since I already knew the price I told him to go ahead with it. The entire experience was great from the moment I called to the time Mike left. He was very professional and left my storefront clean. I am glad I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their rolling gate.
