I have too much to say, and it won't all fit here. Ed is nice from the beginning, but after you pay him any money, he turns rude, arrogant, and unprofessional.
He told me that we could recalculate and adjust the cost if I ended up changing anything. He told me I could change anything I wanted as many times as I wanted up until about a week before. But then he threw a fit everytime I wanted to change something and never recalculated the cost! He took forever to return my calls the closer it got to my wedding. He and his entire staff were rude to me and my mother.
He'll tell you the most expensive thing you're paying for is service, but then when you remove the service, he won't give you any money back! The food was too spicy (I didn't even ORDER anything spicy.) The chicken cor don bleu didn't have bacon in it. The punch was given to us in a pickle bucket, you could still taste the pickle juice and smell it.
WORST experience. DO NOT GO TO FESTIVE BOARD! RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. ARROGANT, LIAR!
