They are as knowledgeable as other vets in the area..though they sometimes seem confused about whether they are a HOLISTIC Veterinarian or a traditional Vet..and tend to contradict some of their advice....Desk staff is always friendly....Technicains are abrupt, rude..pushy,.unpleasant, snotty and fatigued. Docs are knowledgeable..but act as if it is priveledge for you to be at their facility.
They overcharge for supplements and medications ...at least 30 percent above other hospitals in the area.....
Dr Aleda Cheng seems knowledgeable, in Chinese herbology..but again...when you leave with your inflated bill..they act as if they just gave you their services for free.
if you are looking for comprehnsive Wholistic care...VEt at THE Barn is worth the drive....and the hospital is far more professional and appreciative of your interest in their clinic.
