Review content:
I can honestly say that enrolling at 8 Martial Arts for Health, a Body Mind Systems training center, was the best decision of my life. The experience of training here has helped me grow so much. I started training at this school about three and a half years ago -- I had no martial arts experience before. I immediately felt welcome, and excited about what I was learning -- and would learn in the future. Classes were challenging then, and they still are. The fact that it's a good workout goes without saying, but the experience is so much more than that -- you learn about yourself through the process: Who you are, your strengths, your weaknesses, and how to grow stronger mentally and physically. Sounds heavy (and it is!) but it's extremely satisfying and empowering. The school offers both classes for adults and children (which are fun and teach discipline at the same time). There's something for people of all abilities here. Pros: Challenging and fun, chance to form lifelong bonds Cons: Only public parking around the school's location
