We hired Daniel A. McCord to build Log home shell.1st.Draw was $67,000.00.Dan LIED TO US BY TELLING US THAT HIS MOTHER KATHERN L.McCORD WAS DYING!!Dan then said his mother died! Dan strung us Long for months.Dan told us a total of 7 times that our logs were coming.THEY NEVER DID.Dans mother is ALIVE,Dan lied about everything!!!! I have emails over emails of excuses from Dan.DAN TOOK OUR MONEY.DAN EVEN TOOK THE MONEY WE GAVE HIM FOR THE BASENENT COMPAN.WE HAVE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST DAN.We also found out Dan did this to other people.Beware!!! Dan is rated F @ The B.B.B. Dan also has open cases at The Attorney General Office.Dan does Not belong to the PA Builders Assoc.Dan owes subcontractors as well. Dan walked away with our dream.Dan owes another couple $50,000.00.There case is civil.Another couple has a lean on their home! It goes on & on!
