I must say I never thought there were businesses still around to help the consumer. Im not sure how it happened but the transmission in my Civic went out. The car is just out of warranty so I was going to be paying a lot of money to get my car back to running. I Came to Honda of Dulles for some help. They gave me a few different options. I could repair it, or trade in the car for a new one. The idea of a new car never crossed my mind but it has now. I went up to the front lot to look around. I saw my exact car but brand new. I told them I didn’t want a payment any higher. Im not to sure what they did but they took my car in on trade and I got a new one. My payment is still the same, the only thing is I have about a year and a half more to my loan. They help out there customers and make sure everyone is happy. Keep up the fantastic work.
