Review content:
This "company" must not be legit. *They didn't answer the phone using their company name (that should have been a big red flag for me, but I was desperate).
*They came in a plain white dilapidated van sans the company name.
*Two guys came...two...for a basic plumbing job. *The guys did not look a bit professional; they were wearing street clothes. It seemed like they just woke up and were just hanging out.
*They brought out an ancient snake (older than the two of them combined) that should have been replaced decades ago. Oh, by the way, they came ready with a small snake and a large snake and both were ancient- the large one broke or got stuck while they were using it.
*They had nothing in their van to protect my flooring. Their snake dripped toilet water all over my floor.
*They were late.
*And worst of all they weren't even able to unclog the backed up pipes (at least temporarily unclog the dang pipes, so we can use the bathroom!!!). How could they unclog it if they weren't equipped with properly working equipment.
BTW, they were at my home for less than an hour (including when they first arrived).
As a female, I felt very uncomfortable having these "plumbers" in my house.
After Accurate Co. left, I called a professional and better equipped plumbing company and this other company unclogged it; it turned out to be a big ball of "flushable" wipes. This company used a camera and still charged a lot less than Accurate Co. did.
BE WARNED, I don't know where these supposed good reviews with duplicate user names came from cause I didn't see anything positive from this plumbing company.
