Good: They were prompt at getting an estimate.. Bad: Get every thing in writing up front, they charge excessively for any add on's. They also wanted to be paid up front, never do this pay them in installments or you will have no leverage for them to complete your job in a timely fashion!. Improvements: They need more communicationwith the contractor / owner. You have to call them to make sure they are getting thier inspections called in, or they will drag it out for weeks, especially when they all ready got all thier money up front.. Other: I would not recomened this company to anyone especially if your a contractor. In the end the electrical work was satisfactory..
