I have also found the staff at Heritage Pediatrics extremely rude....from the receptionists to the nurses. I have a preemie and you would think they would have the knowledge base and empathy for our situation and they don't. One doctor there is worth my time, the others are in and out and do not seem to personalize themselves with their patients or parents. I am extremely dissapointed with their practice. Perhaps if they weren't the only pediatric office within 30 miles and had a little competition they would be a bit more friendly. And the last review where she wrote, they act as if you are bothering them to make an appointment, she is absolutely correct. They always act as if whatever they are doing behind their desk is more important then taking five minutes to help us. I am not from PA, and never in my life have I had to pay $10 for my pediatrician to fill out a simple physical form for school. How ridiculous is that?? Someone please start a new practice in the Mechanicsburg area!!
