I have used Localize It's search engine optimization and website design to more fully market my real estate presence online. As a Sarasota, Florida Realtor, our market is very intense with literally thousands of real estate agents competing for clients. Affordability and success of advertizing to get viable results from internet searchers, whom we are told comprise about 75 to 80% or the market, is what prompted me to look for a company like Localize It. I have used Localize It to design a very high profile landing page and also get us to the top of the local maps and search engines. We have been found by people in England, Canada, and several states, including many in the Midwest and East looking for a place in Florida to visit during the cold Northern months. Some of the prospects are looking for investment properties, so our website and position are drawing varied property seekers. We are currently in discussions about YouTube video syndication with Localize It. I will post results once we have captured footage. All in all, for the last 4 years we have looked to them for any type of internet marketing or website questions we have. Even though they are in Columbus, Ohio, they are very responsive to working in our market and I know they have other clients down here in other businesses who have also expressed satisfaction. I believe their SEO has brought them to the first page, and they also have presence on the local map. I guess that is what we all want out of our website design team. I am glad I found a company that performs as well as their pitch says they will.
