Bought a 2006 Ford focus last year with matching extended warranty, first week after I bought the car I noticed sounds coming from the brakes so told them about the problem and all I got was it's normal all cars does go through that just break it in so I said okay, came back after a month same problem still I get the reply of it's normal!! Now it's a year old and still have the same problem.
Cut the story short this place treats you at first so highly but after you purchase from them they just treat you like nothing, Customer service at the at the service area is so messed up, just rushing to give you an answer, Imagine You being told it's obvious you don't want to PAY! Hello..with an extended warranty and never got to use it wow!!! I say don't buy your cars from this dealer, nice at the begining then after you're on your on.
My part still figuring out how to fix the problem or where to even take my car where they can really digonosed the problem. ONE YEAR! and yes I'm still stuck with the squeaking sound. sad because I bought this car for my daughter and yet it's so messed up.. waste of money
