attentive and knowledgeble doctor i know. I had a very difficult twin pregnancy with premature labor and doctor Halper did my prenatal care visit at my home, even brought his portable ultrasound machine to check the babies every visit. Never had to wait at his office, he took me in right away due to a high risk pregnancy. My delivery was easy, C-section scar is invisible as if i had plastic surgery. very happy, would only come to doctor Halper in the future
