Representatives in Kodiak are dreadful at making changes to your accounts. My husband and I both have had to walk in 4+ times to change our address. They write things down and do not input them into their systems. It is frustrating to never get a bill from them and have them charge you late fees. Plus they have a limit on your usage & over charge you for their services.
