On Feb 21st you installed a new security system. I spent many weeks making comparisons between companies, before i chose yours. Your sales rep, Jonathan, was very thorough in his explanations, but i was still apprehensive right until your installer Tom arrived. I want to let you know what a difference his knowledge, expertise, patience and diligence made. He made me feel much more safe and secure and Jonathan helped me work within my limited budget. I cannot say how refreshing it was to deal with such fine people. I love recommending you to my customers! Your company always takes great care of everyone I send your way!
